1. Services Offered: MyMoneyBack (MMB LLC) offers chargeback or money recovery services for individuals who have been victims of scams by online brokers or fraudulent companies. Our services include assessing claims, submitting disputes to relevant entities and assisting in the recovery of funds..
2. Scope of services: MyMoneyBack (MMB LLC) offers chargeback or money recovery services as described in these Terms and Conditions and in the COMMERCIAL MANDATORY AGREEMENT AND CAPITAL RECOVERY SERVICES that is signed between the client and MMB LLC.
3. Eligibility: To use our services, you must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and Conditions. In addition, we only provide services to people who have been victims of scams by online brokers or fraudulent companies, that is, financial scams.
4. Fees: The fees include any payment that the contracting person or the client makes to MMB LLC, also understood as advances and as FEES FOR SATISFACTORY RESULTS (when the capital is recovered).
Initial Fees: Fees that are paid IN ADVANCE are called INITIAL FEES and must be paid at the time of signing the COMMERCIAL MANDATORY AGREEMENT AND CAPITAL RECOVERY SERVICES. They correspond to the percentage indicated in the aforementioned contract. These are not refundable since MMB has already initiated conversations and actions or procedures corresponding to your case (recovery procedures). If an increase is required due to the number of people, companies or time required, or also due to the increase in capital that the contractor or client requires to recover (which has not been initially informed), you will be notified by any of the the media promptly.
Fees for satisfactory results: you as a contractor or client accept the payment of FEES FOR SATISFACTORY RESULTS, that is, the recovery of the capital corresponding to a percentage amount as stipulated for the particular case in this contract and that comes from the full payment or partial by the merchant.
You as the contracting party agree to give notice within a period of no more than TWO (2) WORKING DAYS once you receive the amount from the merchants, or from the bank or from third parties such as a legal firm, also any amount that is deposited on your card. credit or debit derived from the chargeback.
In the event that MMB LLC does not receive any update from the contracting party within a period of SIXTY (60) CURRENT DAYS, after your case was presented to the relevant financial institutions, FEES FOR SATISFACTORY RESULTS will be charged, in relation to the amount total of your case with the banks or financial institutions, which will become payable, that is, they will have to be paid.
Any other issue related to fees will follow the rules stipulated in the COMMERCIAL MANDATORY AGREEMENT AND CAPITAL RECOVERY SERVICES signed between MyMoneyBack (MMB LLC) and the contracting client.
5. Confidentiality: MyMoneyBack (MMB LLC) is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by our customers. We will not share or disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyMoneyBack (MMB LLC) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence, misconduct voluntary or fraud.
MyMoneyBack (MMB LLC) MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM YOUR USE OF ITS SERVICES. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THE FUND RECOVERY SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT.
MyMoneyBack (MMB LLC) HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR EMPLOYMENT IN THE TRADE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW, THE LIABILITY OF MyMoneyBack (MMB LLC) AND ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS, WHATSOEVER CAUSED, AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE OR TORT, SHALL BE LIMITED TO DIRECT DAMAGES WHICH SHALL NOT EXCEED IN THE AGGREGATE THE FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO MyMoneyBack (MMB LLC) UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
7. Indemnification: Customer will indemnify, defend and hold harmless MyMoneyBack from and against any liability, loss, claim or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) related to your violation of the Funds Recovery Services Agreement, including your filing with respect to a dispute of any required documentation that is incorrect, fraudulent or false.
8. Intellectual Property: All content and materials provided on our website and during the provision of our services are the exclusive property of MyMoneyBack (MMB LLC) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is recommended that you periodically review these Terms and Conditions to be aware of any changes..
